Liquid Nitrogen Vaporizer

Working Principle:
After depressurized by the pressure regulator on vaporizer, liquid nitrogen enters the heat exchanger which is composed of aluminum alloy longitudinal fin tube bundle, absorbs the heat from the ambient air and vaporizes, reorganizes in the separator and feeds into the pipe network.
As the heat absorbed by liquid nitrogen all comes from the ambient air, the vaporizer should be set in an unobtrusive outdoor environment.
Local frosting is a normal phenomenon in the working process of air ambient vaporizer. It’s no need to use external force to remove so as to avoid damage to the heat pipe beam. Usually continuous gas industrial users could alternate with a spare vaporizer to work in order to natural gasification.
When liquid nitrogen accumulation and rises to the alarm height due to excessive use of gas, the remote level alarm will issue an audible and visual alarm, meantime the alloy float valve in the gas-liquid separator will automatically close to prevent excessive liquid. After troubleshooting, open the reset valve, the equipment can work normally.
Liquid nitrogen passes through the stainless steel tube immersed in warm water, absorbs the heat of warm water, vaporizes and overheats, and is removed and reorganized by the gas-liquid separator before entering the pipe network.
The set pressure of the safety valve on the vaporizer is 0.6Mpa, and the vaporizer is equipped with on-site display instrument for liquid oxygen inlet and outlet pressure.
