How To Test Cryogenic Tank
In the production of the cryogenic tank, there are many welds between the steel plates. In order to ensure the subsequent use quality of the storage tank, weld detection and some special treatment should be carried out on the storage tank to ensure the stable operation of the storage tank.
Weld inspection: First non-destructive test (RT), then permeability test and gas pressure (pure nitrogen) test, using "helium mass spectrum leak detector" for each weld and joint helium mass spectrum leak detection.
The containers in the storage tank are pickled as a whole, and the cleanliness is treated according to the oxygen standard, and tested by imported ultraviolet black light to ensure that there is no oil and other organic impurities.
The time interval between the internal cleaning and drying of the storage tank and the alignment of the outer container is less than 3 hours. After the alignment is completed, the inner container and jacket are filled with nitrogen protection to prevent dust and other organic impurities from entering and ensure the cleanliness of the inner container and jacket.
The inner and outer surfaces of the container outside the storage tank are sandblasted to meet the requirements of the Sa-2.5a standard. After the surface of the steel plate is metallic, the dust attached to the surface is completely absorbed by the vacuum cleaner, so as to ensure the stability of the vacuum degree in the interlayer.
The finished paint film on the outer surface of the storage tank is dense, firm and reliable, and the dry film thickness of the paint is greater than 250µm, ensuring that the color will not fade within at least 3 years.
