一.  Porosity

  1.  Impure or insufficient CO2 gas supply

  2.  Air entrainment during welding

  3. Preheater not functioning properly

  4. Strong winds in the welding area leading to poor gas protection

  5. Nozzle blockage by spatter, improper nozzle distance from workpiece

  6. Surface oil or rust not properly removed from the workpiece

  7. Arc length too long, arc voltage too high

  8. Inadequate Si-Mn content in the welding wire

二. Undercut

  1. Arc length too long, arc voltage too high

  2. Welding speed too fast, welding current too high

  3. Improper movement by the welder

三. Poor weld seam formation

  1. Inappropriate process parameters

  2. Improper adjustment of the welding wire straightening mechanism

  3. Offset center of the wire feeding roller

  4. Loose contact tip

四.Unstable arc

  1. External network voltage interference

  2. Improper adjustment of welding parameters

  3. Loose contact tip

  4. Blockage in the wire feeding mechanism or contact tip

五. Spatter

  1. Mismatched welding electrical parameters

  2. Excessive gas flow rate

  3. Rough workpiece surface

  4. Excessive length of the protruding welding wire

六. Incomplete penetration

  1. Welding current too low, improper wire feeding

  2. Welding speed too fast or too slow

  3. Small bevel angle, too small gap

  4. Improper wire positioning, poor alignment

  5. Welder's skill level
