LCO2 Filling Process

Liquid carbon dioxide tank trailer - Liquid carbon dioxide tank - Filling pump - Filling steel cylinders. Liquid carbon dioxide (with a purity of 99.985%) is transported by a liquid carbon dioxide tanker to the plant and unloaded into the liquid carbon dioxide tank (maintained below -56 degrees Celsius). It is then pressurized to 4 MPa by a low-temperature booster pump before filling the cylinders.
