Types of LNG Filling Stations

LNG filling stations are divided into four types, skid-mounted filling stations, standard filling stations, L-CNG filling stations, and mobile skid-mounted filling stations. LNG skid-mounted filling device is a highly integrated equipment developed separately for automotive lng filling. The equipment is divided into three parts: liquid storage tank and process equipment skid, liquid filling machine and control duty room, which can facilitate irrigation and liquid filling. The equipment is composed of unloading part, pressurization part, liquid storage tank part, submerged liquid pipe pump part, gas selling machine part, safety control part and duty container part. The equipment has the advantages of high integration, easy installation, fast installation of liquid discharge, fast filling speed, complete safety facilities and high degree of automation.

Process description: LNG liquid feeding unit is the use of submerged cryogenic liquid pump, the pump has the characteristics of long continuous running time and zero leakage. The liquid LNG will be directly pressurized to the refueling machine, and directly to the car cryogenic bottle flush liquid, providing stable and efficient energy for the car. The LNG filling integral skid device developed by our company is a combination of pressurization, filling, gas return, unloading pressurization, EAG and other functions on a skid body to achieve a fast and flexible filling method.

The gas filling speed of the gas filling power gun is not less than 120L/min. The control system adopts PLC display interlocking control and microcomputer management system, which can automatically store the operation parameters of the station area, and is convenient to operate and has a high degree of automatization.
