Mobile LNG Supply Stations

General asphalt mixing plants set up at construction sites lack a natural gas pipeline, and the mixing plants themselves cannot directly use natural gas, necessitating equipment upgrades: including a gas supply station for gas supply and combustion equipment suitable for natural gas.
The technical principle of the gas supply station is to gasify low-temperature LNG through pressure difference and temperature difference, control the pressure after gasification through a pressure regulating device, and control the delivery flow with a metering device.
(1) Gas supply equipment: Asphalt mixing plants need to be continuously relocated, so pipeline natural gas cannot be used. The current feasible method is to use a mobile gas supply station to provide natural gas fuel. The gas supply station is divided into four major systems: unloading station, storage station, boosting station, and gasification station. The liquefied natural gas stored at low temperature by the natural gas tank truck is gasified through an ambient temperature gasifier, heated and pressure-regulated, becoming a pressure-stable uniform gas to heat asphalt, aggregates, and mixtures for combustion equipment.
After gasification, the natural gas is around 0.5 MPa, which is reduced to approximately 45 kPa suitable for the mixing plant after three-stage pressure adjustment.
(2) Combustion equipment:  The asphalt mixing plant from coal-burning to natural gas-burning, utilizing natural gas as fuel. For the original oil burner, the existing burner can be used, with only the addition of a low-speed sleeve and gas supply pipeline at the burner nozzle, while retaining the original oil-burning capability. Since different models of mixing plants have different heating requirements, the air volume and gas supply of the burner should be based on actual usage needs, and the retrofit should be in line with the production capacity of the mixing plant.
