Mobile Skid Mounted LNG Fueling Station

Skid-mounted LNG refueling station uses a cryogenic pump to refuel LNG vehicles. If needed, it can also use a high-pressure liquid pump to pressurize the LNG, then vaporize it through a vaporizer for refueling CNG vehicles. Its construction and operating costs are lower than those of a CNG refueling station of the same capacity.

LNG Fueling Station Skid-Mounted Type

The main equipment includes LNG storage tank, LNG cryogenic pump, LNG vaporizer, LNG dispenser, and skid base. In addition, there are pipeline systems, control systems, and supporting facilities. The design capacity of a single tank is 30m3, with a design pressure of 1.2MPa, a design temperature of -196 to +60°C, and an evaporation rate of ≤0.2%.
